Inverting the direction of the mouse wheel scrolling:

To get the mouse scroll wheel going the proper way in Windows, Start PowerShell as administrator and paste and run the following line:
Get-ItemProperty HKLM:\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\HID\*\*\Device` Parameters FlipFlopWheel -EA 0 | ForEach-Object { Set-ItemProperty $_.PSPath FlipFlopWheel 1 }

Desktop Icon Text Shadow

Right click "Computer" > Properties > Advanced System Settings > Advanced > Performance "Settings" >
Use drop shadows for icon labels on the desktop

Disable Autorun

WindowsKey+R > gpedit.msc
Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > AutoPlay Policies
Turn off Autoplay > Enabled
Turn off Autoplay for non-volume devices > Enabled

Windows 7 Quick Launch

Right click near Start blob
Unlock task bar
Toolbars > New Toolbar
C:\Users\(user-name)\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch
Right click "Quick Launch"
Untick: Show text, Show title
Drag Quick Launch where you want it. Resize it.
Lock the task bar
